3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for site access, infrastructure, proper system use, regular testing, and maintaining secure credentials.

4. No Guarantee of Security

Security systems are designed to reduce risk, not eliminate it. Technology Gateway Inc. does not guarantee prevention of all incidents.

5. POS & Payment Systems

Customers are solely responsible for PCI-DSS compliance, batch settlement, and monitoring system functionality. Technology Gateway Inc. is not liable for financial losses related to POS systems.

6. Workmanship Warranty

Installation workmanship is warranted for 30 days. Does not cover customer modifications, power issues, or manufacturer defects.

7. Limitation of Liability

Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

8. Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall first be submitted to binding arbitration in Cook County, Illinois.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
